Watermarks are Showing Up on my PDF Files

If watermarks continue to show up on new PDFs after you've bought and registered FileCenter Professional or FileCenter Pro Plus (the PDF printer isn't available in FileCenter Standard), it's because the printer didn't get registered properly. 

We have found that the best way to resolve this is to do the following steps:

1. Close FileCenter completely
2. Save any work that you may have open and close down all programs, as you will need to reboot your system
3. Open up the Control Panel
4. Select Programs and Features
5. In this order Remove the PDF-XChange Lite
6. Then Remove the PDF-XChange 2012
7. Follow the prompt to reboot your computer
8. Re-install FileCenter and remember to check the Install PDF Printer box
9. Finished
10. Go ahead and test out the printer

Hope that helps. Let us know if it doesn't work, but we have found this to be a fail safe way of doing it.
