How Do I Change my FileCenter Portal Password

There are two ways that you can change/reset your FileCenter Portal Password:

• Reset your password by visiting the FileCenter Portal Web Access Page and clicking on "Forgotten Password?" Then enter your email address. We will then send you an email with a link to Reset Your Password.
• Log into the FileCenter Portal and Change Your Password. If you know what your current password is, and you are just hoping to change the password, then follow the steps below
  
  

Instructions on How to Change Your Password

1. Log into your portal by opening a browser and go to your Portal Domain, for example https://fileshare.filecenterportal.com/ and just replace "FileShare" with your subdomain.
2. Once logged into the Portal, click on your name in the top right corner of the Window
3. Click on Personal Settings
4. Click on Password and Security
5. Re-enter your old password
6. Create a new password and confirm, you should have a minimum of 6 characters and include at least one capital letter and one number.
7. Click Save
8. Finished
